VEHICLE ACCIDENT SURVEY / ACCIDENT RECONSTRUCTION

J. Scott Glazener Investigations, Inc. has the knowledge, expertise and experience to conduct a preliminary Accident Scene Survey. We will obtain recorded statements from all drivers and witnesses. We will obtain all documents and evidence (such as the police department in-car videotape, photos, police measurements, Texas Department of Motor Vehicle Inspection Records, etc.) from all responding law enforcement and state representatives involved in the investigation of the accident. 

With our trumeter, we will accurately measure intersections, skid marks, impact areas and articles left at the scene, then create a non-scale diagram of the intersection and accident.  J. Scott Glazener Investigations, Inc. photographs and video, of the intersection, will also accompany our report. As far as the accident scene, we will also locate any witnesses and obtain their statements), locate all vehicles (and obtain photographs and video) and will also contact state, county and city transportation agencies and determine if the lights were working appropriately or if there was any on going road construction, in the area, at the time of the accident.

Other services include the vehicular activities at a designated intersection, highway, street, parking lot, etc.  This will establish typical driving behaviors and/or pedestrian traffic.  It is a good idea to conduct this investigation at the same time, weather conditions, etc., as when the questionable accident/incident occurred. J. Scott Glazener Investigations, Inc. also offers Vehicle Inspection / Disassembly, generally conducted with the representing counsel and with the use of video.
